- Standard Laundry orders will be delivered within 72 hours.
- Dry Cleaning orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on the garment type.
- Express/Urgent delivery is available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
- Free Pickup & Delivery is available on eligible orders as per company policy.
- Customers are requested to inspect their garments at the time of delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
- Every effort is made to remove stains; however, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, especially for old, chemical, paint, oil, ink, bleach, or permanent stains.
- Clean Ween Laundry is not responsible for colour fading, shrinkage, fabric weakness, embroidery damage, embellishment damage, or defects caused by normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects.
- Garments are accepted at the customer's own risk if they have pre-existing damage.
- Unclaimed garments kept for more than 30 days after notification may attract storage charges or be disposed of as per company policy.
- Compensation for any proven loss or damage caused by us will be limited as per our compensation policy and the garment's current value.
- Prices may vary depending on garment type, fabric, size, stain condition, and special treatment required.
- Clean Ween Laundry reserves the right to refuse service for hazardous, contaminated, or prohibited items.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts only.
